   Who is the Rock of Matthew 16:18? “And I tell you, you are Peter [Greek, Petros — a large piece of rock], and on this rock [Greek, petra — a huge rock like Gibraltar] I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not overpower it

   So is it a stretch to say that our new Pope Francis is a “Roman”? The “rock” the “Petrus” of the church?

   By the way, does anyone know what name Pope Francis chose as a youth when he received te sacrament of confirmation?

   I had to cut this down, it was way too long, and to put it to you plainly, a bit too mental. The mind comes up with amazing things to entertain itself.    People should not point fingers. I hve read so much about how Obama was the antichrist. There is no sound proof of that. G. BUSH was a lot worst. Have faith in god and god alone. He will guide us through the end time. But do not spread rumors or speak things you are not sure about.

     technically obama is worse then bush. he’s done everything bush has, but more so while bush gave us the patriot act, obama has been the champion of the NO TRESSPASS BILL (which takes away your right to protest) THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT (which takes away your right to a fair trial by jury of your peers) and he brought back the anti sedition act so that whistle blowers can and will be prosecuted. and he’s also championed the big brother act that would spy on your online activities. these are not the activities of a good leader and are some of the same policies enacted in hitlers germany to give him absolute power. and while obama has said he won’t use them (which i doubt he’s telling the truth on that)there is nothing to stop the next person to come along from doing so.

   Everybody should look the following on google: Outer Limits Gettysburg. In July 2000 this show was aired and it predicted THAT A BLACK AMERICAN PRESIDENT WILL BE ASSASSINATED IN July 2013. Notice that eight years after the show, Obama was elected.
   What are the odds that anybody could have predicted a Black would be elected presdient eight years before it happened.? However he has to be elected in November for the respest of the prophecy to come true.

   Robert Kennedy did one better than an eight-year prediction. He predicted back in 1968 that the first black president would be elected “in 40 years.” That means 2008, folks. Also, let me be on the record saying that this prediciton, Michael is beyond the “outer limits” of probability. I predict Obama will not be assassinated in his two terms as president

    Thank you for your recent article “Memorial Day for Jesus Christ”.
    I found it to be very concise and to the point. Having been raised in the Baptist church for my first 17 yrs, followed by over 30 yrs of open minded research I have reached the same conclusions. I now see organized religion for the trap it is. It is amazing how many people follow blindly without ever investigating any thing else!

    We are generally blind leading the blind because our conditioning makes us blind. The process of conditioning turns our “God-given” intelligence at birth into a functional, fear and identity trapped, cowardly mediocrity of ego by the time we are in our 20s. To me, the true miracle is that some of us retain fragmentary memories of our birth-intelligence and find ways to escape our conditioning.

    All the seekers of truth, great (like Yeshua, Buddha or Osho), or small have rebelled against this conditioning. One of the fundamental messages of Yeshua is this: if you want to follow him, follow him away from all organized religions into the wilderness and take a good look inside yourself living in sin (forgetfulness) of your true and divine nature. There is no other Satan than the conditioned mind. This “Satan” was the one tempting Yeshua during his 40 days in the wilderness.

    Believers in this Jesus myth will tell me that they will follow Jesus and not consider my provocations, yet they don’t remember that Jesus, if he had faithfully followed like they follow him, would never have questioned the Sanhedrin, the established religion of his homeland.

    Followers are not masters, they are slaves. A “disciple” is a different thing and not to be confused with a follower. A disciple surrenders to a master out of conscious choice, not upon borrowed faith. The disciple surrenders to trust which he or she is born with. Trust is not from the outside. That’s why it can be unwavering. That’s why it isn’t phony, like faith. A true master is trust incarnate in its full enlightenment. The word “Disciple” means “to learn.” A trusting disciple learns from the master of trust how to be a truth unto his or herself.

    On May 1 2012 hail did fell from the skies the size of golf balls in
    St. Louis, Missouri. The prophecy is not all in the same time order,
    or the same number, it’s bits and pieces here and there all over the world. Things are coming together. Like John keeps saying- the end of the world, or rebirth of a new one.
    As for the Mayan Calendar- there is no 21st date, it only goes up to 2o days and is of animal behavior. Which I think is the change-
    to human behavior or a more civilized world of peace? But evil people change for a while and go back to there evil old bad habits again.

    Nostradamus Quatrains on May Earthquake

    [X 67] A mighty earthquake in the month of May.

    May 20, 2012 Alignment Confirmations
    While researching the other video, I found this one from a different channel further confirming these alignments. This video includes the additional conjunction (alignment) of the Pleiades Star System on precisely the same date.
    The Serpent’s Eclipse
    Another Tribulation-Now contributor sent in this video expanding upon the Solar Eclipse that is to occur on May 20th, 2012 (God bless you Jeff). Evidently this is referred to as the “Serpent’s Eclipse”. Keep in mind this is not only an alignment of the earth, moon, and Sun – but the Pleiades Star System also aligns simultaneously from behind the Sun (from the far reaches of the heavens) at precisely the same time.
    The Coincidental Alignment of the Mysterious Red X

    During this “Serpent’s” eclipse, the shadow of the moon will be aligned over the earth such that the center will be directly over the mysterious Google Earth RED X location supposedly leaked by NASA last year in the file named byss.arc.nasa 11133.kml. In 2011 this was mistakenly assumed to be an Elenin impact point. It was also “coincidentally” the exact location of the Exercise Pacific Wave 11 tsunami drill.
    The image here below shows the impact map documented in the UNESCO tsunami drill-scenario paperwork. This event was reported to be one of the largest tsunami drills in history.

    Note the source of the tsunami wave in this graphic. This is near the tip of the Aleutian Islands chain and coincidentally where the mysterious “Red X” appears on Google Earth when using the “NASA” file (see image below).
    And here below is a graphic from the original You Tube video above showing how the moon’s shadow (during the “Serpent’s” eclipse) is directly overhead of this mysterious “Red X”.

    well, I’m new in this website. but I just going to said one thing the 2012 prophecy it is wrong, it not 2012 the year. it is 2016 all prophecy about 2012 it from the mayan calendar, but if you know that one constellation take 2160 years to go around the sun, so 2016 is the next coming of the constellation of Aquarius. why the mayan long count calendar beging in the 144 it is the same number from the bible, let do some math 2016 + 144 = 2160, so 144 is the birth of the constellation of Pisces or the birth of Jesus. why you think the bible say that Jesus is the beging and the end or the alfa and omega, if you multiply 2160 x 12 = 25920 but if you say minus 144 = 25776, the complete cycle it call the great year that end on the constellation of Pisces but it will beging againg in the 144 the rebirth of (Jesus) or the constellation Pisces.
    In mexico yucatan in the ruin of chichen itza it is the great ball court if you take the measurement of the ball court and the distance from the ball court to the Sacred Cenote will give you the number 25776

I haven’t had the opportunity to explore the ancient sites in Central and South america although I do beleife they preserved messages in the format the knew may endure for a time after the spoken word of their knowledge passed out of memory.

    I have a comment (and some questions) to make about Century VI Quatrain 97, which I think might hint that 9/11 was an inside job. The quatrain is:

    At forty-five degrees the sky will burn,
    Fire to approach the great new city:
    In an instant a great scattered flame will leap up,
    When one will want to demand proof of the Normans

    The last line seems pretty interesting to me, and something tells me it may be Nostradamus’ way of telling us that the official story of 9/11 is a lie. In 2002, French journalist Thierry Meyssan wrote 9/11: The Big Lie (L’Effroyable imposture), which questions the official story of 9/11 and says that it was actually a false flag inside job designed to justify going to war and to justify restricting the constitutional rights of the American people, among other things.

    Well, when we think of Normans, we think of the D-Day Normandy invasion of 6/6/1944 when the American troops landed on the shores of Normandy, France to fight the Axis powers in the Second World War. Well, could Thierry Meyssan be the one who “will want to demand proof of the Normans” as Nostradamus says in Century VI Quatrain 97? Could he be saying that Thierry Meyssan, by writing his book, is demanding for proof that the invaders really were the Islamic terrorists that we were led to believe were responsible for 9/11? Could this perhaps be Nostradamus trying to tell us that the people responsible for 9/11 were people within the U.S. Government?

      i have thought about that a lot and i concluded that the event is yet to happen. i dont think we had a great scattered flame leap up on 911 and fire did not really approach the great new city. even tho new york is not at 45 degrees, (more like 40), i believe the event is a nuclear one and is yet to happen, but it will. the proof of the normans may be something to do with the statue of liberty or something yet to appear. it will become obvious later.

      Well, one never knows ultimately. I can be open to that. However, a glance at the prophecy is not as effective in drawing your conclusion. Let’s take your points. A great scattered flame “did” leap up from the collisions of jets into the World Trade Center towers. Did you not see the fireballs and the falling flaming debris? A great new city never existed in Nostradamus’ time at latitude 45, until “New” York “City” hundreds of years later. More importantly, the latitudes on maps Nostradamus used when plotting the location of his prophecies were not so accurate, so a variance of nearly five degrees on where New York is, is acceptible for anyone using maps before there was longitudes added a center or more later.

      When I began writing on Centuries 10 Q49 and 6 Q97 back in the final stages of the Cold War, I too thought the attack would be from nuclear terrorism.

      The “proof of the Normans” is key to these verses about New York. Even as far back as 1983 when I factored in that “Normans” is a classic synecdoche for France. That’s a Greek word game popular in Nostradamus’ day when you replace “France” for “Paris” or “Normans” for the French.

      It is also a nudge to the district of France just next door to Normandie, France’s westernmost province pointing like a long and thin French nose towards North America. It was called in Nostradamus’ day “Amorica”. Amorica…Americh are labels Nostradamus gives in code for “America.”

      Back in the early 1980s I interpreted the line “when they will want proof from the Normans (French)” to mean that the attack comes when those of the New City are still trying to verify that it’s coming. Thus they are too late to stop it. The source of proof will come from the French.

      On 10 September 2001, French intelligence operatives were warning their opposites in the CIA and Pentagon that an imminent attack was on the way against American targets. The newpaper Le Figaro and other French journalists have well documented that fact. The morning of 11 September, Pentagon people were trying to verify this threat was real when the third hijacked jet crashed into the west side of the Pentagon.

      Now, forbid that it should happen, but if there was a terrorist blast in the future, it would have to fit these parameters at least just as well. I think that’s remote, at this time. We’re talking about a fulfilled prophecy.

    The year the great 7th number is accomplished…..2012 on the 7th number is the month of July when Great Britain will hold the Olympics

    Greek scenario and prognosis for it’s app to the US and Global
    Economy in the near future.
    It’s most assuredly a contrarian view to what the majority of the economists are predicting.
    If it occurs, gold will plummet and the dollar will skyrocket!

    In it your explanation of Harry Dent’s theory, you believe that the collapse of value of the US dollar would effectively wipe out half the dollars in circulation and thus equally wipe out half of gold’s value. Long story short, the concept considers the erasing of debts and also the erasing of false values. I do think something like this will eventually happen and in this decade. Perhaps closer to the mid-decade. I have been writing and foreseeing such a possibility for decades now. The vision was inspired by two factors: 1.) that the economy is an illusory casino game so you can change the rules if you get enough “players” and jokers on board, and 2.) one unavoidable way to end debt is to simply make it disappear and then take the hit in vanishing investments and values. You then start afresh on real values of things. Only this time you hopefully make the banking and business reforms that do not abuse the economic system. It is like what the Italians had to do one day when lire numbers had too many zeros. I would have two poached eggs in Florence for 8,000 lire, for instance. One day the Italian treasury decided to strike off several zeros. I think at some point and soon, you’ll see the great “poof!”. I’m going to speak on this in my Predictions for 2012 book.

      Just to correct the economics: if the dollar were to fall in value relative to a basket of other currencies, the gold price would skyrocket in dollar terms. Gold as a fixed asset has its own inherent value independent of the dollar price. The fact that there are way more ETFs than actual physical gold to cover them merely exposes the issuers to significant liability.

      But balancing the need for a market with the need for a spiritual life is a much tougher ask. In the end, managed markets are likely the best way to optimally use resources for the common good. The problem is, right now the markets are held up as lording it over the common good, and this has led to the preponderance of materialism and greed – what is present in the large is reflected in the small of people’s day to day lives.

    I have often over the years pointed to two sources. The first is the Euro bank crisis that today is only being temporarily delayed. The Second is a burst of the Chinese housing bubble combined with the Chinese government keeping annual growth at 8 percent by flooding public tax revenues into state growth. This is done to keep the GDP numbers looking good when the private sector growth is under the 7 percent annual growth China needs to keep from socially unraveling. As I wrote in my annual almanacs for years now, China’s prosperity floats in the cities in a sea of poor peasants. As long as they grow the economy 6 to 7 percent a year, they keep alive the hopes and greed of the peasants who believe someday they can share in that wealth. When that hope ends, you have China return to the 1930s situation and a new Mao will rise to unite the impoverished ocean of Chinese against the cities. Communism in China then returns to “communism”.

    Yemen leader is suppose to step down, so another thought was Iran’s leader, but his last name fits, not his first (for the “A”). I am looking for two more in the middle east to die. The “A” and the “B”. All of these that have died have been looked at as the 3rd anti Christ. So far, all have died a violent death…… I have more thoughts, but this is it in a nut shell.

    Hi John,

    I’ve read your article about the ‘Iranian Terrorist Plot’ with great interest.
    I agree with you that it stinks, that it most likely is another trick to distract the mass from the occupy situation and everything else that’s really going on.

    There is another thing. I would love to hear your opinion/feelings on another sense that hit me this past week.
    With all the economic turmoil in Europe caused by the Greek situation, I read that Greece is planning to spend 1.3 billion dollars on buying 400! US tanks.
    The next day I read that Greece is planning to dig a 120km long, 30 meters wide ‘trench’, supposedly to keep illegal immigrants out…..
    I think this could also all be part of a bigger plot that is being constructed at the moment. Why would a country which finds itself in this kind of financial trouble spent money on these things?
    I sense that there is a hidden US/British/French agenda for the middle east and they are preparing for the chance of Turkey to choose the side of their Islamic brothers. Turkey is already starting to show it’s true colors by openly talking war language towards Israel. The US is preparing for this by supplying Greece (originally Enemy #1 of Turkey) with 400 tanks and digging that trench, which will be a tough barrier to take for middle eastern forces.
    Could all of this be for the predicted forces of the third antichrist heading for Europe?
    Another thing is the rush Nato all of a sudden has with deploying a anti missile shield over Europe…

    Just wondering what your thoughts are on this.

    Why has no one suggested our sec. of defense Ray Mabus? He was in the middle east until recently and in marshal law he will be in charge.

    Hey J, why do you say no one saw “Ray”? I’ve been writing about his connection to Mabus since the mid-1990s when he was Ambassador to Saudi Arabia. In mid- 2008 I predicted he would become a member of Obama’s cabinet six months before Obama was elected and the issue of his name would come up again.     Hi John,
    I sent you an 2-mail 2-3 wks. ago about solar flares due to hit earth, 2012. I wondered if you received it, please. A lot on Internet about the flares, & an interview with Dr. Michio Kaku, Japanese astrophysicist. If flares hit us, they will destroy our satellites, & blast us back 100 yrs. in technology. I enjoy yr columns.
