Why This Topic?
Why Article Waves for September
Are only Concentrating on the US Presidential Election?

History quickens as we head for the climax of a historic, world-changing year in all dimensions. I promise that I will bring my prescient commentary to bear on many matters overtaking the world. Indeed I have a front row seat to the greatest fire plumes ever to seek the stratosphere and bring hazardous, poisonous air to the Earth across the American West Coast. I have a front seat to the megafires that have already consumed four million acres, killed over 30 people and turned hundreds of thousands into refugees; however, I can hardly see anything out my home office window in Langley, WA, because the smoke is that thick!

You’ll be seeing in early October my assessment of summer climate disasters in a series of articles entitled Once Upon a Time in the Hottest Year Ever. Other topics of life-changing interest include the possibility of a first potentially significant clue that could prove life is on another planet in our solar system that we’ve overlooked with our fixation about finding it on Mars. I will predict which vaccines to cure Coronavirus will be successful and when you’ll see them coming in the nearest needle-in-arm into you. We will expose the myths of corporate religions, assess the first Presidential debate, the coming Great Eviction requiring a Great Rent Rebellion, Congressional election predictions for 3 November 2020, what’s next for the post-Covid world economy and I imagine when we get into October I’ll have much, much more to share.

Why that’s happening in October and not in September, the reason why I have decided to focus solely on the following subject of which of two men will end up President of the United States for the next four years is key to all the trends I will be writing about in October and through the next four years. This oncoming presidential election day could be the most significant election day in human history because whether we have more human history or not is in the balance depending on the voters’ choices on 3 November 2020.

INTRODUCTION
How to Achieve 14-and 0
Predicting the Popular Vote since 1968
In the Weirdest Election Year
Of them All!

Every four years I receive an intense spike of national and international interest in a little prescient hobby of mine. I predict who a majority of the American people want to be their president. Mind you this has never been how Americans vote for their presidents since the birth of the Republic of the United States of America. No American had ever voted directly by popular vote like all the other modern democracies do. Instead we vote for 583 electors appointed by 50 state governments to assemble soon after the national election in each state capital as members of an Electoral College.

Your vote is in their hands to officially do the direct electing according to how each state you live in counts your popular vote to designate presidential electors. Usually the states designate all electors of a state should stand for the winner the state majority chose. Not all states do this and there’s even a loophole that allows electors voting their own choices.

404px-Boys_and_Girls_of_Bookland_Alice_in_Wonderland-FREEWe’ll be going down that eighteen-century electoral rabbit hole of a rule a little later. The bottom line is this: hundreds of millions of eligible American voters do not directly pick who the majority of you want to be president—only 583 Americans do. Moreover, a minimum of just 270 of these electors are enough to choose your president. It doesn’t matter even if the candidate didn’t receive a sizable national popular vote.

I’m not going to get into a debate about this arrangement because frankly, this choosing by “unpopular” vote has never been the purview of my predicting. I empathically tune into the mass of the American voters and read their hearts. Moreover, I also predict by what margin the popular vote will be.

My popular vote presages came to national and international attention through the worldwide exposure I have enjoyed ever since my first book (of 51-and-counting) entitled Nostradamus and the Millennium became an international bestseller in 1987.

I have documented all of my predictions since Nixon versus Humphrey in 1968 up to the last presidential election held in 2016. I am currently 13 and 0 in my 48-year winning streak.

Even in the disputed 2000 and 2016 elections when the popular vote was superseded by the Electoral College’s “unpopular vote,” I had stated for the public record on nationwide syndicated radio like the Rense Show and Coast to Coast AM declaring former Clinton Vice President Al Gore would win by over 500,000 votes against George W. Bush in the 2000 election. I also correctly declared Hillary Rodham Clinton winning the popular vote against Donald J. Trump by a two-percent margin in the 2016 election.

After the birth of the nation and by the time of the first recorded Census, the Electoral College had a clause added by Southern States. They wanted to count as votes their slaves.

No, let’s be reasonable to our values and make a fair compromise with the Northerners. Not a full and equal count. We can agree that our slaves aren’t fully human. Counting three-fifths of a colored human being would do.

Black lives mattered and 70,000 died in the US Civil War on the Union side to end slavery.

Black lives mattered and 70,000 died in the US Civil War on the Union side to end slavery. (Public domain.)

The civil war expunged the cancer of electoral racism in this clause, cut from the US Constitution by the blood of over 600,000 Americans fatally cut down—70,000 of which were freed slaves fighting for the Union. Before it was removed every president elected was either from the Southern slave states, mostly Virginia, or had picked a Vice President slaver-state politician as running mate to carry the Southern vote.

It’s often stated by those who would like to make a new amendment and either alter the rules or completely rescind the Electoral College arguing that the position of “Federal” leader should not be filtered through state majorities but only chosen by a majority of Americans “federally” wherever they live as one nation, indivisible, even in US territories which by the way, don’t have electors choosing presidents. Those, however, who lodge this complaint overlook something that has made me more sympathetic to the reasons why an Electoral College still has a place in our political lives.

It’s a question of linking verbs and state sovereignty.

The United “States” were considered far more sovereign than states and provinces of most other modern democracies and that independence inside the Union goes through cycles of changing the linking verb. When the US was created up to the American Civil War seven decades later, people used to say the United states are.

After the Civil War and up to our present times we say the United States is.

Are is coming back.

The American states are becoming more autonomous again for better and worse. Are started its accelerating return during the second term of the Barack Obama presidency when states began making marijuana legal and the Federal Government stood idle. Washington DC didn’t order in the National Guard or a small army of Federal Agents to arrest anybody in the states of Washington and Colorado setting up weed shops even though Federal law designated marijuana as a dangerous Schedule 1 drug according to the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration).

The precedent was established.

One can see in the trials and tribulations of the year 2020 to what extent the United States of America “are” fighting the current Coronavirus Pandemic, each in their own way. Clearly the Federal government of this United States “is” not in control. Many state governors “are” resisting the president of the United States’ requests to move in Federal police and National Guard units to protect property and restore law and order during this year’s riotous spring and summer of widespread looting and lawlessness triggered by the brutal murder by cop of African American George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Many Democrat-elected state governors of their United States “are” united in open defiance of what the Republican president of the United States “is”—someone they would not vote for reelection in 2020, even if it means their city centers are set on fire.

This singular verb “is” turning into plural “are” unprecedented in modern times. One can almost sense we are heading back to a future in the next four years when civil strife, if not another four-year long “second” civil war, might decide which linking verb defines all of us as “U.S.” of America once again.

So significant is this upcoming election and its outcome that I am compelled for the first time after 13 tries to write a book of oracular and astrological forecasts on this my 14th try choosing the popular vote winner of the 2020 election. It is an election followed by an inauguration day for the next president overshadowed by ominously awesome and some downright awful astrological portents.

I am currently confronted with the weirdest election I’ve yet had to forecast. Usually I can make them far ahead of the election date. I predicted a Democrat would become a two-term president “in 1992” printed in a Rajneesh Times article published at the end of 1983. Bill Clinton became that Democrat president. In September 2009 I predicted Barack Obama would win his second term in office in 2012.

I’ve also been far later than I expect to be this election cycle. I stated my prediction on the eve of the election in November 2000 presenting a prophetic riddle heard across the nation. I told Jeff Rense, “Al Gore is going to win the election by a little over 500,000 votes [against Bush]. I feel that I will be absolutely right ‘and’ absolutely wrong in my prediction. Jeff, can you explain to me what that means? I can’t figure it out.”

Then came the election, the chaotic recounting in Florida and the rush of the Supreme Court to decide the election for Bush over Gore who had a half-million or more popular votes. More than that. This book will present documented evidence that he won the popular vote in disputed Florida. All those hanging chads did get counted a year after the election!

Fast forward 20 years later to 2020.

We are confronted with the same astrological conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn that sparkle together above our frazzled noggins in skies of an election year ending with a zero every 20 years. Just like 2020 many millions of Americans even before the election on 3 November are being set up by their media and the candidates to anticipate recounts on steroids compared to Florida 2000. They’re already programmed to witness the year 2020 ending in zero having zero confidence in the outcome. The journals, trash talk radio hosts and tribally myopic liberal and conservative mainstream TV networks are projecting violence will come if the winner doesn’t win by a landslide. He could. But that’s not always who wins the “unpopular” vote. And that is what counts. So, along with a 14th try at the popular vote winner, I’m going to attempt my second try at picking the “unpopular” vote winner. I did it four years ago when I predicted only the Republican candidate Donald Trump had a chance of upsetting Democrat Hillary Clinton if he managed to survive all hurdles and be the Republican nominee. I wrote that prophecy 13 months before the election on 8 November 2016.

I can see that might happen once again, where both my predictions for an election are fulfilled: Clinton winning the popular vote becoming your president most Americans picked and Trump upsetting her chances by apparently winning the “unpopular” Electoral College vote, as it turned out.

Election year 2020 is a whole different “weird” than anything I’ve seen the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction do to presidential elections every 20 year cycle going all the way back 180 years. It started when something mysterious, perhaps even wicked, transformed the influence of the conjunction passing over the election year of 1840.

William Henry Harrison was elected president in that year and became the first US president ever to die in office. It happened shortly after he was inaugurated the following year. Some say he was a victim of a curse of the Native American prophet Tensqúataway who was the brother and religious council to Chief Tecumseh, the commander of a confederation of warring Native Americans of the Great Lakes region in the early years of the eighteenth century. Harrison had defeated Tecumseh at the Battles of Tippecanoe in the Indiana Territory and the Battle of the Thames, in Ontario, Canada, 25 and 27-years respectively before Harrison was elected president.

The Prophet Tensqúataway. Source of the Curse.

The Prophet Tensqúataway. Source of the Curse. (Public domain.)

Tensqúataway upon hearing news of Tecumseh’s death in 1813 at the Battle of the Thames was alleged to have cursed Harrison with these words, “Harrison will die, I tell you! And after him every Great (White) Chief chosen every 20 years thereafter will die. And when each one dies, let everyone remember the death of my people.”

To say the least, strange things have consistently happened to our presidents elected in years ending in zeros, every 20 years since Harrison died in office, all these upheavals coinciding astrologically with 20-year cycles of Jupiter-Saturn conjunctions. It is a configuration better suited for atonement and reflection than accursedly picking future presidents, as we will examine in Chapter One.

Now in election year 2020 we come to it again!

This book will attempt to divine who will be elected president by the popular vote and possibly by an “unpopular” electoral vote in the most significant, nation-changing election since Abraham Lincoln was elected our president in 1860 as a prelude to the American Civil War… Complete reading the First Half and guarantee receiving the Second Half of this important book by choosing one of two options:

CHAPTER ONE
To Be or Not to Be a Candidate in 2020
Under the Shadow of the Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction
And the Curse of Tecumseh

Seeing this conjunction through the lens of Judicial or what is modernly called Mundane/Political Astrology, a discipline that reads birth charts of leaders, the birth and life cycles of nations, parties, religions, etc., this conjunction takes Jupiter (ruler of expansion, higher mindedness) into a buzz-kill of Saturn’s contractive potentials. It’s power will limit goals, ambitions, dreams, especially if they are illusory.

Jupiter dreams gregariously big while Saturn brings all dreamers down into a stark encounter with “reality” of what is. That can be a beautiful thing for those on a path to find Truth, but for ambitious politicians elected president under this conjunction, they will suffer disappointments and bear heavy responsibilities for which they did not anticipate. They’ll have to work hard and long to solve a nation’s issues with economic crisis. But if Jupiter passes over Saturn it could also give a president elect protection transcending darkest hours, like it did Lincoln during the Civil War, and Roosevelt during the Great Depression and Second World War. The winds of destiny seem to guide the leader rather than have him be led in challenges of social reform, economic and political upheavals (like the Civil War and the Great Depression unto World War II had).

However, the price is passing away while in office.

In ancient times no one would ever pick leaders under this conjunction; rather, they would take this time to meditate, reflect and atone. If expansion (Jupiter) is colliding with contraction (Saturn), don’t just do something, SIT THERE!

Contemplate. Meditate. Wait.

Put your ambitions aside for a year and get to know the mystery that witnesses ambition, dreams and their limitations.

We moderns have lost that sensitive, cosmically-connected understanding… Get 12 Months Now for $60 or a little more.

CHAPTER TWO
The General Astrology
On Election Day: 3 November 2020

What first is the mood of this most significant of election days?

A majority of the planets in aspect are in Cardinal (leadership) Signs: Capricorn (the establishment, government) and Libra (balance, judgement). Cardinal signs relate to command and legislating issues in this case initiations, change of seasons in rulership. It certainly favors a new face in the White House, a winner of the popular national vote.

Usually our presidents are chosen with popular and “unpopular” Electoral College votes in agreement. Yet twice now, two out of five twenty-first century elections have allowed the minority vote to win the Electoral College with G.W. Bush (2000 minus 530,000 less popular votes to Al Gore) and Donald Trump (2016 minus 2.8 million less popular votes to Hillary Clinton).

Election day has only two planets in fixed organizer signs. As they favor determination, depth, persistence and stabilization, they incline in favor for the incumbent president, especially in the very organized and continued work of Republican controlled states to expunge African and Latino Americans and young college Americans off the voter lists. The shocking evidence and significance of which will be explained in more detail in the post-election recount controversies forecast in Chapter Five.

Any side’s hope that a big surprise of collective minds changing in the last minute is supported by only two planets aspecting in mutable (changeable) signs. But less can be more impact given just which planets and what aspects they engage.

What degree of generally fair or foul humor will the voters be in on election day…? Get 12 Months Now for $60 or a little more.

CHAPTER THREE
The Astrology on Election Day
For the Challenger
Former Vice President Joe Biden

Joseph Robinette Biden was born on Friday 20 November 1942 at 8:30 am Eastern Standard Time in Scranton, Pennsylvania. His ego/individual identity is ruled by a Sun in Scorpio in conjunction with Venus (ruler of the capacity to love, have empathy, esthetics) and Mercury (ruler of intellect) in Scorpio—all of which reside in the Twelfth House of karmic completion, the house of the subconscious/unconscious patterns that influence the psychology and actions of an individual related to the world. That means Biden becoming president could have a karmically important role to play in how he as an individual—and as president—experiences his psychological health influenced in relationship with the American people and the progress of American society. The Twelfth House is also a realm of hidden enemies, mostly emotional and psychologically unconscious motivations…Get 12 Months Now for $60 or a little more.
