What you see above is a still from a cellphone video of the Russian Oreshnik’s second stage falling out of space on a clear starry night, outpaced by its strings of kinetic metallic cone warheads it released, racing at incredible speeds lighting up the atmosphere around them to hit a huge industrial park in Bila Tserkvam, Ukraine, at a hypersonic terminal velocity of MACH 12!
The opening in the second stage glows like a blue star-like corona in total eclipse with the plasma from re-entry blazing off of it. It is quickly being left behind by the advancing trail of its released sub-munitions because of the drag of its mass while entering the 62-mile-thick envelope of Earth’s final and densest layer of atmosphere slowing it down. The line-up of 6 ranks of 36 Hazel nut kinetic cone shaped heavy metal warheads, sheathed in brilliant plasma, soar to Earth passing through that 62-miles of atmosphere at 9,132 mph, in only 27.3 seconds!
Bila Tserkvam is over 30 miles south-southwest of the center of Ukraine’s capital, Kiev, yet many Kievan’s saw and filmed the Oreshnik warheads hitting that distant target while all around them in the center of Kiev, Russian ballistic and hypersonic missiles thundered and spouted fireballs across the capital’s skyline to the brittle applause of cascading broken window glass.
The pummeling began shortly after midnight on 24 May 2026 and would not abate until the early dawn light in those far northern climes glowered into life war’s red dawn of warning from up which rose a coppered and brooding sun above columns of black smoke at the end of four terrifying hours of the largest Russian drone and missile attack in four years and four months of this war. The Russians had sent 700 suicide Geran drones targeting war industries, hitting Ukrainian drone assembly centers hiding in shopping malls and perhaps even one hiding inside Kiev’s newly built Chernobyl Museum commemorating the nuclear reactor disaster of May 1986 that happened not far north from Kiev. It had sent radioactive clouds across Ukraine, Belorussia and all over Europe in one of the greatest nuclear disasters in history.
Chernobyl’s nuclear meltdown marked the beginning of the end of the Soviet Union followed by the beginning of Ukraine’s disparate populations of Western and Russian Ukrainians finding themselves forced by fate to become a nation that by 2014 began its long and bloody road to failure. Now comes over the smoke choked horizon a red sunrise foretelling a new level of warfare rising, this Russian strike of 24 May just being a small prelude of things to come that might now mark the beginning of the end of the Ukrainian national experiment.

The worm has turned. The Russian Bear has had enough with years of Ukrainian terror raids on Russian civilians! The most recent victims where 21 teenage Russian school girls murdered in their sleep overnight on 21-22 May by three waves of 16 Ukrainian drones. Three days later, Russians struck Kiev. It was not an excuse to escalate the war, so complain my brainwashed Ukrainian sources.
Since 2014 to the present, I’ve witnessed and documented thousands of hours of atrocities from the Nazi elements in Ukraine’s government and military committed on non-combatants. It began a dozen years back when the fighting started because the United States under the Obama Administration aided a Ukrainian fascist overthrow of Ukraine’s democratically elected President Yanukovych in late February 2014.
It was a complete surprise to the European leaders and Russian President Putin, who had together just the day before peacefully ended the Maidan Revolution with an agreement to end all hostilities and prepare for new presidential elections to take place across Ukraine either later in 2014 or in 2015.
But this US backed “Maidan coup” instead put the fascists in power in Kiev after hundreds of people were killed, mostly by Ukrainian fascist snipers on the rooftops around the Maidan Square belonging to Right Sector, opening fire on the crowds below, killing friend and foe alike.
This coup was the first undemocratic outrage. Next came this provisional government legally declaring Russian Ukrainians second class citizens by banning Russian being spoken first in government buildings, then later being taught in schools. Eventually all pro-Russian Ukrainian parties were disbanded, their leaders jailed, and all Russian Orthodox Churches were closed with their priests and nuns put in prison. By spring of 2014, the provisional government let slip the Azov, and Right Sector militias to attack the Russian Ukrainian majority populations of the oblasts (Provinces) of Eastern Ukraine.

People in Ukraine forget that 7 million Ukrainian citizens of the Soviet Union fought and died to defend Soviet Russia from the Nazi invasion, with Russians and 190 other ethnic groups of citizens in the Soviet Union that Hitler had plans to eradicate in his death camps after he won the war, and had wiped out European Jewry, planning then to cull 40 million Soviet citizens!

For the next eight years a civil war was fought across the Ukrainian east, mostly dominated by Ukrainian rockets and artillery wantonly bombing civilians inside Ukrainian Russian villages and towns. I have the footage to prove it! Here’s a sample:
Warning! This is quite graphic footage from an American journalist and war correspondent, Patrick Lancaster, based in Donetsk City, who lived through the entire 8 years of the civil war and is still alive today doing the same war reporting from the Russian side. In this example, the footage from 2015, the Ukrainians picked a time when most civilians would be crowding the streets of Donetsk. They launched a Ukrainian Totckha U Ballistic Missile, the smoking wreckage of which Lancaster filmed, revealing the serial numbers proving it was Ukrainian. The missile flying over the main city square released a warhead filled with cluster bombs to rain down and explode over many civilians, literally taking them apart just a few blocks from Lancaster’s apartment where he and his Russian Ukrainian wife and children live!
It starts with Lancaster filming himself running down the street from his home towards the scene of the strike wearing his helmet and flak vest. He then turns a corner to confront a carnal house of horrors that defines the nature of this genocidal civil war that Kiev has waged while the Western media tries to hide it from our sight for a dozen years and counting.
Even Russian stoicism has its limits, its breaking point. The Russian’s are ever slow to anger but then came the recent Ukrainian drone strikes hitting a college dorm full of sleeping teenage girl students, at Starobelsk Pedagogical School, in Lugansk Oblast. Lugansk, like the other attacked Ukrainian Russian speaking Oblasts of Donetsk, Zaparozhye, and Cherson, had joined the Russian Federation through landslide referendums held in September 2022, after Russia went to war with the Western Ukrainian fascists seven months earlier. Lugansk and the others are now Russian oblasts, joining Crimea which after the Maidan coup immediately had a referendum and was the earliest to secede from Ukraine to Russia in March 2014, along with most of the ships, and the defecting sailors and officers of the Ukrainian Navy, harbored in Sevastopol.

This time the massacre of innocents was viewed no longer by Moscow as Russian citizens of Ukraine but Russian Ukrainian citizens of Russia. The three waves of suicide drone attacks struck the dorm full of “Russian” girls who were learning to become school teachers. Some fascist reporters in Kiev protested that these girls were citizens of Ukraine. That they were traitors. And Kiev therefore could do what they like with such secessionist teenage trash.
Maybe what really happened to tip the scales towards ending Russia’s Special Military Operation, taking off the kid gloves—now heading to a full-scale war of Russia against Ukraine—wasn’t from 150 million Russians having had enough with Fascist Ukraine.
Just one Russian tipped this axis shift.
Just one Russian man who had finally caught up with his people’s long-standing desire for cleaning out the Ukrainians Nazis in this world war like their great grandfathers and grandmothers once cleared out the German Nazis in the last world war.
The Russian President Vladimir Putin has finally had enough with the American and European leaders not cooperating but ever in the name of diplomacy, only buying time to wage war.
Putin’s birth chart has a powerful stellium (gathering) of four planets in the Twelfth House in Libra: his Sun in Libra “keeper of Justice’s balancing scales” where it is exalted. The other two are Mercury (the mind is the messenger) and Neptune, the mass messenger of the big picture as well as at times unleashing a tsunami of change with its earthshaking message to cleanse an immovable obstacle—like the SMO had become—to wage a new kind of war.
As it is said in The Astrologer’s Handbook (First Edition) by its authors Acker and Sakoian, “Saturn in the sign of Libra brings the realization that to accomplish anything of lasting value, or even to make life possible, human cooperation is necessary—and it must be enduring if it is to be effective. But enduring cooperation is feasible only when all parties in a project are dealt with justly, and justice requires mutually accepted rules of conduct and commitment. Each person much strive to complete his work and must be reasonable to the whole.”
This is what Putin, the Libra, the lawyer seeking justice through diplomacy has tried harder than any Russian has to achieve over his long tenure in office first as Prime minister of Russia (1999-2000), President of Russia 2000 to 2008, Prime Minister again in 2008-2012, becoming President a second time to the present day since being elected and re-elected since 2012.
His sincerity in this matter and dedication to “wholeness” diplomacy has not been reciprocated by his Western counterparts in leadership. In the case of Minsk I (August 2014) and Minsk II (February 2015), Putin’s efforts to seek a peaceful solution for Ukraine during its civil war years (2014-2022) was only spun along by European leaders who in actuality, used diplomacy and peace agreements only to buy time to train and build up an armed force for Ukraine’s fascist regime that has become one of NATO’s “de facto” and unofficial largest armies after Türkiye, with the intension to ethnically cleanse the breakaway eastern Ukrainian oblasts of all its Russian speaking citizens. The first attempt in April 2021 was thwarted by a rapid massing of Russian forces along the “Donbas” regions (including Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts); then a second Ukrainian Army offensive in February 2022 was gearing up with preliminary shelling across the entire Line of Control that Russian forces checked through a counter invasion on 24 February 2022 that has launched this current war.
There also came the frustrations of negotiating that Putin suffered with one US presidential administration after another, from Bush Jr. to Obama, to Trump, then with Biden, and back to Trump again.
It has taken him a long time to let go of his love of Western Europe, and his dream for peaceful coexistence with the United States and the Europeans. He has finally come to terms just now, and completely, especially since after long efforts with Trump.
For instance, at the end of December 2025 there was an attempt to assassinate Putin while he was waiting for Trump’s return phone call expected to be delayed 2 hours when Trump would call back with updates of negotiation efforts he was having with the Iranians through the Omanis. Call it coincidence or not, during those two hours, Russian intelligence reported that the US directed hundreds of Ukrainian drones to kill Putin while he purportedly waited at that phone while residing in his forest retreat in Valdai, Russia, outside of St. Petersburg. Although other sources in Russia have said he wasn’t at Valdai but waiting safely in his office in the Kremlin in Moscow, whatever the case, the Russian President’s view of Trump and his diplomatic efforts had changed after end of December last year and for a while Putin after the Valdai attack removed himself from public appearances, though he’s now fully back to public duties.
Was that an act of protecting him from further CIA threats? Was Trump in on the Valdai conspiracy?
All I know is that Trump didn’t call back two hours later, and in their next phone conversation, Putin told him about the drone assassination attempt. Trump apparently was shocked by the news. Is the American president play acting? Was he out of the loop?
Doesn’t matter. What matters is that Putin began cautiously from that moment on to shift is attitude about diplomacy to its “military” potentials, that war itself, can be “diplomacy by any other means,” exactly what the Prussian officer Karl von Clauswitz (1780-1831) said. He’s Russia’s favorite military scientist.
It sometimes takes an escalation of war to get people back to the peace table, like President Richard Nixon successfully did to the North Vietnamese during Operation Linebacker, his “Christmas Bombing Campaign” of Hanoi after he won a landslide victory a month earlier in the 1972 Presidential Election.
Putin did his best to be a peacemaker, to a fault, so feel a majority of his patient Russian people who are behind him, on average they back him by 75 to 80 percent on any given day for decades. Putin’s Exalted Libra, the sign ruling relationships, did not have his opposites, the Western leaders of their countries harboring any mutual feeling of responsibility for their part to embrace any understanding, indeed they seem mentally incapable of even understanding this fundamental need to grasp that human relationships as Sakoian and Acker wrote, “entail mutual commitment as in marriage, business partnerships, and close friendships” and I would add same for the relationships of nations.
A peacemaker’s weakness can be hope, too much faith in other leaders that they can turn themselves around. Putin in my view has been wonderfully, yet completely at fault, for trying too hard to turn the situation Russia is in with the West towards peace. I think he’s accepted that reality now.
As it is said by King Solomon in the passage from the Old Testament which says in Ecclesiastes, “There is a time for war.” And that time is now to pursue aggressively a victory on the battlefields of Ukraine. Only after the time for war has been escalated unto victory, will there be a chance for Western leaders, primarily the European ones, to make peace with President Putin’s exalted Libra destiny to become a peacemaker that will end this Third World War through the diplomacy of War, “by any other means.”
Therefore, President Putin, has not put peace aside. Libra born Putin the Balancer, with a Scorpio Rising now understands that Russia must go to total war with Ukraine and let war be Russia’s Zen stick hitting Ukraine’s leaders “and” their European handlers, if he must. He may now even make military demonstrations, flying out of European skies. By such demonstrations of Russian might so frighten, Putin might scare European leaders, straight to the peace table.
A major shopping mall that was taken out on 24 May 2026 by the Russians because it also harbored and central location where European drone parts were assembled. Unfortunately for the citizens of Kiev and Ukraine at large, the fascist regime likes to hide its military decision centers and factories using its citizens as human shield.
Three days after Kiev was hammered like never before and the day after that, RT.com reports on 25 May 2026 the Russian Foreign Ministry issued the following warning:
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has spoken with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, declaring that [further] long-range strikes against Kiev are imminent, while reiterating the “recommendation” that foreigners evacuate the Ukrainian capital immediately.
Earlier in the day, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced a shift in Moscow’s strategy in the Ukraine conflict, citing the recent deadly attack on a college dorm in the Russian town of Starobelsk, which killed at least 21 people, mainly teenage girls. The incident was the “last straw” for Moscow, which will now embark on a campaign of “systematic strikes” against the Ukrainian capital, targeting military-industrial facilities, command centers, and other sites dotting Kiev.
Russia’s top diplomat conveyed the information to Rubio by direct order of President Vladimir Putin, the ministry said in a statement. Lavrov also drew his counterpart’s attention to the “recommendation” issued by the Foreign Ministry in anticipation of the impending campaign, urging that all foreign nations, including the US, “ensure the evacuation of their diplomatic personnel and other citizens from the Ukrainian capital,” it added.
Lavrov also reminded Rubio of the top-level understanding reached during the Trump-Putin summit in Anchorage last August, while expressing “regret” that the effort has been derailed by Kiev and its European backers. In addition to the Ukraine conflict, the two diplomats discussed the continuing crisis in the Middle East and the situation surrounding Cuba, the ministry said.
Moscow has long complained about the Ukrainian military launching indiscriminate strikes on civilian targets in Russia, branding them “terrorist attacks.” Kiev has intensified its long-range drone and missile attacks in recent months. Six civilians were killed in Russia’s Donetsk and Belgorod regions on Monday alone, according to local officials. The Russian military maintains that it never targets purely civilian sites in Ukraine and focuses on military or dual-use installations.
I had already sensed Russian leadership’s shift to escalate the war starting back in early May. That’s when I gave my readers of the HogueProphecy Bulletin my last emergency report on 08 May 2026. I had you read this RT (Russia Today) Report back then, on the eve of the 09 May Victory Day Celebration in Red Square that President Zelensky of Ukraine openly threatened to strike with his suicide drones:
Moscow has formally warned all diplomatic missions and international organizations about a potential large-scale retaliatory strike on Kiev, urging them to leave the Ukrainian capital immediately, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.
Earlier this week, the Russian Defense Ministry announced a two-day ceasefire on May 08-09 mark the end of World War II in Europe, urging Kiev to follow suit and warning of a potential large-scale retaliatory strike on Kiev. The ministry pointed to comments made by Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky earlier in the day, which it said contained threats to target Moscow during the Victory Day celebrations.
Moscow’s warning must be taken with the utmost seriousness, Zakharova said in a statement on Wednesday. She revealed that the Foreign Ministry sent a formal note to all diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Russia, urging them to withdraw their personnel from the Ukrainian capital ahead of a potential retaliatory strike.
The Foreign Ministry urgently calls on the government of your country/the leadership of your organization to treat this statement with the utmost seriousness and to ensure the timely evacuation from the city of Kiev of the personnel of diplomatic and other missions, as well as civilians, in view of the inevitable retaliatory strike by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on Kiev, including against decision-making centers” should Ukraine proceed with its “criminal terrorist plans,” the note reads, as quoted by Zakharova.
Russia is aware of the Western attitude toward Victory Day and the efforts to rewrite history and systematically destroy Soviet memorial heritage, Zakharova stated. As they continue to supply Ukraine with weapons, they are acting as accomplices in the criminal plans hatched by the Kiev regime. However, the instinct for self-preservation should not fail them.
I then added in that last Emergency report on 08 May the following, prediction:
There is a very strong likelihood that if Ukrainian President Zelensky tomorrow begins a sustained drone attack on Moscow up to and through attempting to drop drones into Red Square’s Victory Parade, staring at 10 AM on 9 May (Moscow Time). Afterwards, there could be a Russian retaliation of a scope not yet seen in this war. The Russian missile test site at Kapustin Yar, east of Volgograd deep inside the Russian Steppe lands has closed its airspace to all flying aircraft—what it usually does when preparing to fire the fearsome Oreshnik hypersonic missile for a demonstration.
The Russian government for the first time in this war has warned all foreign embassies in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev, starting on 6 May, to evacuate completely from the central downtown district were the Ukrainian ministry buildings, the Presidential Palace and the Rada (Ukrainian) Parliament are.
Russia could use several Oreshniks to fall out of the heavens sometime by the night of 9 May into 10 May (Russian Time) to obliterate central Kiev and all of its government buildings! A Ukrainian attempt to drop drones into Red Square while it’s packed with marching soldiers and thousands of onlookers, might result in turning downtown Kiev’s Maidan Square into dust!
We are now entering a period where Russia will no longer show restraint after such attacks by the Western leaders who wrongly view that restraint as an act of weakness. The Russians have not reacted even when US-and NATO driven attacks hit its strategic bomber wing, and its early warning nuclear attack radar defenses. Such rash moves during the Cold War I grew up in, would have caused a full nuclear retaliatory attack on Europe and the United States. The Russians held back for that reason. Perhaps now, no longer.
Fortunately for the world, Zelensky backed down on his Red Square terrorism threat. And the future I wrote above didn’t happen, but do not think it isn’t waiting to happen soon. I’m finishing my editing of this article on Friday evening (Pacific Time) on 29 May 2026. Russia’s attack may be coming on Saturday. Although given that this weekend will mark Kiev Day, “celebrated annually on the last weekend of May to commemorate the historical founding of the Ukrainian capital,” so says Wikipedia, adding that, “Festivities typically feature a blend of cultural festivals, live musical performances, historical exhibitions, and charity runs, offering a symbol of the city’s ongoing resilience and rich heritage,” I believe these strikes coming will take place no sooner than overnight Sunday into Monday, or Monday into Tuesday of next week.

I want us all to read what Carol Squire and I wrote on 08 May 2026 My response better resembled the strike that happened two days later rocking Kiev, and perhaps unfortunately for Kiev and its people, will even with time become more prescient because of even larger and sustained attacks on Kiev and other Ukrainian cities that will now come soon:

“There’s a time for restraint.” But there is also “A time for restraint to become a FORCE of reckoning to those who choose to read restraint as weakness and keep misreading and exploiting it as such.”
As I’ve said and written for over four years and counting during this war, Europe and America have grown a very bad habit of presuming they can do whatever outrages they want to do to Russia, and in a way, Russia by not responding to red lines crossed has not made clear through actions what its boundaries are to NATO and the United States in their proxy conflict with Russia.
[UPDATE: 28 May 2026: Many of my sources in the Alternative media like Daniel Davis, Larry C. Johnson and Scott Ritter have mused, and I predict they will be proven right, Russia was taking their time needed to look the other way at red lines crossed over the last few years, because they were not ready to respond. For the first time—and there is a “time” for everything under heaven—Russia since 06 May 2026 has very publicly warned diplomats in embassies across central Kiev’s government district to leave the area or suffer the consequences of becoming collateral and fatal casualties if they do not.
None of the Western diplomats and their leaders at home are listening. They do not respect the warning. No one has left their embassies. To ram it home, the message has come from Russian Ministry of Defense and NOT the Russian Foreign Ministry.
This time it is coming from the generals, the Russian military. President Putin and the Russian Security Council has permitted them to take over on this matter. That means it is highly likely that a kinetic response is about to come, an act of military might so devastating to the government district of Ukraine’s capital of Kiev that it will shock the world, and perhaps AT LAST shock the Europeans and American leadership after doing the FAFO [EFF around and find out] just what crossing a Russian Red Line looks like, illuminated in the flames and devastation that is coming.

A few days before the 06 May warning, the Russian Ministry of Defense published a list of ALL the many factories across European NATO countries—especially factories in Britain, France, Germany, Italy, and Poland—that openly and blithely build the Ukrainian parts for drones used for daily and nightly attacks on Russian oil refineries and infrastructure, by the hundreds. I hear the British factories are about to send Ukraine parts for 16,000 drones to be assembled in their factories.
Russia’s “target list” has put both the Europeans and Ukrainians on notice. ALL of these factories across Ukraine, sourced from factories across Europe can be annihilated in less than five Ukrainian-, and 12 European-counted “minutes.”

We may be coming to this point—a point I’ve been writing about since 2022 in my HogueProphecy Reports, trying to warn my readers what was coming in some future year in this war when the Russians break the Ukrainian Army in a war of attrition.
Such wars always seem static with little maneuver, like two hands and arms in a wrestling match. There’s just a little shaking, a little movement for a long time, then… BAM! The loser’s arm hits the table, sometimes with a compact fracture exposed.
In the spring and summer of 2026, the Ukrainian compound fracturing is likely to begin. Then there will be great movement of Russian arms. Then will come the most dangerous moments of this long war, where fools in European capitals rush in to add their meager forces to the slaughter.
It would be better for them if Russia, now, for the first time, categorically made good one of their red-line-crossing threats with all the power and horror that Russian’s military might can bring down from the heavens at MACH 12.
Russia has information about Italian companies in Garbagnate Milanese, Mandello de Lario, and Venice producing components for drones used by the Ukrainian Army. Because the rulers of Europe and the US are truly idiotic folk. They are mediocrities who know no limits.
They have to be scared straight.
Russia is at fault for not scaring them straight enough until now.
It’s late. Perhaps too late.
Then again, if the terrible, bold-swift stroke of an Oreshnik’s hypersonic “sword” is rendered, big enough, it just might even enlighten an idiot to learn where boundaries are that should never be crossed again.
It might even—strange as this may sound—scare the leaders of the West straight, because the next step is nuclear, and no one wants to go that far with this.
The Russian Bear may be slow to finally define his boundaries in the most violent of ways that impacts even fools hard enough to conjure some intelligence hiding in them.
There’s a time for restraint.
There’s also a time for no restraint at all.
That time has come.

If it doesn’t come. If Russia doesn’t match the escalation of its threats with actions, this “civil” behavior may be wrongly timed under heaven for what is needed to scare Russia’s enemies straight.
For it is the time for violent demonstrations, so terrifying that there will follow a time for peace, under heaven.
