China’s Got a lot of Gas
And It’s Russian
To the Toot of $400 Billion
The mainstream news in the West minimized as best they could the shift of the world’s axis this Wednesday, 21 May 2014. Remember, forever this significant date in 21st-century history. The world began to incline Eastward to become Eurasian-centric. A millennium of Western dominant civilization will be left behind, playing catch-up like another ancient Roman empire, unable to adapt to a new reality it remains in denial is taking the axis of economics, politics and civilization eastward and southward. The West will be sidelined perhaps for a thousand years to come.
The civilization earthquake started Wednesday, when the Russian President Vladimir Putin had gas, a lot of gas, while staying over in Shanghai, China. Putin had so much gas that he signed a deal with China worth $400 billion dollars and will keep “giving” gas loudly and long to China for 30 years. Ah, the sweet “smell” of natural gas successfully and soon pumped out of Russia into China to fire up what I predict by 2016 will be the world’s largest super-economy.
Russia under Putin’s pivot to the East will be “relieved” of the pressure and tension of US and EU threats of economic sanction over Ukraine because it has diversified its natural gas exports eastward and westward.
Beijing likes the cut of this cheese because thanks to Russia it can get gas that vents far less pollutant flatulent into its smog-foggy fetid-to-be-fatal air. Bluer skies in China make a greener, ecologically healthier Earth atmosphere, in which all of us pass greenhouse gas—industrially speaking, that is.
I can finally thank President Obama, his neocon Ambassador Nuland and his Secretary of State “in chief” (Obama’s version of Dick Cheney) Mr. Kerry. It seems the US Republican-sympathetic neocons have mated with neo-liberal, blue-dog Democrat supremacists when it comes to their bi-partisan, politically bisexual word for s-e-x: American “Exceptionalism”. Russia under Putin took exception to American “X-septic-nationalism” and its beating the dead Kerry horse-faced drum of renewed Cold War tension not anticipating how this sped up the Russian President’s well-recorded dream of shifting economic power away from the West to a Eurasian and southern hemispheric co-prosperity sphere. Love Putin or try to put the Hitler mask that just doesn’t fit on his head, he maneuvered the exceptionally ignorant US leaders and ministers playing their geopolitically weak Cold War, East and West Ukraine hand just where “he” wanted to lay down his bet. He called them and they folded to Putin’s larger strategic gamble for Russia to utilize its unique geographic and resource advantage as a bridge—a land bridge literally—of East and West—giving access to both when he chooses for export of Russia’s vast resources in a resource starved world.
The Western sanctions over the Crimean Anschluss and the following Ukrainian crisis have only sped up Russia’s pivot to China with the goal of forging a greater Eurasian co-prosperity sphere. This business deal with Moscow and Beijing signed in Shanghai last Wednesday is a significant moment in history. Some are calling it the “Deal of the Century”. I would call it the great economic axis shift of history’s shapers and influencers from Western leaders to Russians and Asians, leaving the European millennium of influence and what’s left of the American “Century” behind. For better or worse you’ve just seen signed in this deal the writing on history’s wall, if you will. The US dollar’s reign as petrol’s currency is numbered. In two years or a little more time the US reserve currency will begin its rapid decline in value as oil and natural gas transactions banknoted to a new reserve Sino-Russian currency for business. The BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) will adopt it and as I forecast in the Saturn prophecies of Predictions for 2013-2014, there will appear a new world of multipolar economic systems.

America’s economic power will rapidly fade. That is why the new Cold War arising is placing humanity in its most dangerous passage through time, just ahead. With A New Cold War
And a Ukrainian Election
The Kiev Interim “intermittent” Government is ramping up a divided nation for an election of “national unity” to select the next president on Sunday, 25 May, with a violent spike of fighting this week in the restive- and ever-more-separate Ukrainian Russian populations to the east. The Ukrainian army is paying a visit there, softening things up by shooting, shelling and helicopter strafing those who would vote in an election, and faster than you can say “Syrian Civil War” they are meeting a mounting resistance of guerilla militias. It takes no crystal ball to see swinging down on Ukrainian Russian roadblocks on the approaches of Slavyansk, Mariupol, Donetsk and Lugansk like a wrecking ball all the seeds of bloodshed and bitterness that will bring a harvest of civil war—is bringing it on already—that will tear Ukraine asunder.
The US press echo a script given it by the US State Department. It actually reveals between the lines State’s half-confessed concern mixed with wishful thinking that the right-wing elements in the dog they backed in this fight will be marginalized by a majority voting for one of two candidates out of a platoon of 17 hopefuls that might just be a reconciler. Ukrainian oligarch and billionaire Petro Poroshenko is over 30 points ahead of Yulia Tymoshenko the former premier of the 2004 Orange revolution. Both had served and hurled accusations at each other for fraud and graft in Vicktor Yushchenko regime (2005-2010). Whatever the outcome, there’s bad blood and political trouble coming if Poroshenko is president, as he will likely be, yet a majority of parliament seats are held by acting Prime Minister Yastenyuk and Tymoshenko’s broad coalition of liberal nationalist parties.
This smooth talking “chocolate king” as Poroshenko is called because he made his billions in the desert and confectionery business, will have to sweet talk his way through living down a brief stint as economy minister under President Yanukovych’s government overthrown by Maidan right wing militias on 22 February. Moreover, he’ll have to placate and concede power in his cabinet to other neo Nazi presidential candidates, like Dmytro Yarosh, head of Right Sector, and Ultra-right Nazi saluters like Oleh Tyahnybok of Svoboda. Yarosh is currently overseeing Right Sector militias rampaging in the eastern provinces. He’s responsible for massacres of Russian Ukrainians in Odessa and Mariupol in May 2014.
Vote for Svoboda (or else).
Even Vladimir Putin is trying to help Poroshenko win, because he knows him, has done hard bargaining with him. Putin ordered the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Ukrainian border. He publicly suggested the people of the rebellious eastern provinces postpone their autonomy referendum. This week Putin watches Poroshenko lunge ahead in the polls and now declares this weekend’s election legitimate.
Vote for Right Sector, or else.
Poroshenko has openly campaigned on finding some resolution to problems with Russia, which include Ukraine not paying for its natural gas, but this smooth-as-milk-chocolate speech maker is playing the Obama, he’s walking on a thin tightrope over a nation falling into a widening brink of civil war. He’s promising all sides, Ukrainian and Russian Ukrainian, what they want to hear and unlike Obama, his delivery is dull, even his best supporters are cautious and guarded about the billionaire being their lord and master. It was the corruption of oligarchs in government that made Ukrainians rush into the Maidan Square in November 2013 and burn their tire barricades and finally, with right wing thugs as spear point, topple the corrupt government of venal oligarchs under President Yanukovych.
I’ll make this prediction: Poroshenko will win the presidency, but come next November, watch out for a new revolution in Maidan Square to overthrow him. This American- and EU-supported mess in Kiev has only just begun to get far messier.

The creep of corporate fascist creeps that I forewarned you about over the years is steadily tightening its python grip around your freedom of speech and the public utility of the Internet that is your fragile line of communication to other living and breathing citizens around the United State and the world. It’s the last lifeline to alternative media outlets like Hogueprophecy and many other web sites and Internet journalists who can expose and question what you hear and see from your corporately constricted mainstream press.
Right now, the FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler, whose legislative record reveals he’s yet another nice talking but corporate enabling member of President Obama’s second term cabinet. (See the list in my Obama Prophecy chapter in Predictions for 2013-2014) will most likely allow a two tract Internet. Corporations with deep pockets can buy faster speed and bandwidth; those who are like you and me will see our bandwidth slowed down and limited, our speech marginalized and censured. This is how the corporate fascist takeover of America moved. It took over the Supreme Court in 2010 and a majority of their picked judges decided to turn corporations into “people” and make money “free speech”, in both cases these powerful organizations became more equal citizens enabled to freely speak than real people with real voices like you and I. With just one word Obama has the power to prevent his FCC head from achieving stage two of the corporate fascist coup, but he won’t stop Wheeler the former big business dealer. Even Obama has been on record supporting vague and broadly written copyright infringement legislation easily used to stifle free speech on the Internet. The bill currently remains deadlocked in Congress because enough of you protested on the Internet to stop it’s passing.
A democracy cannot long survive the loss of an independent free press and a politically active and skeptical citizenry constantly putting the fear into their leaders and not the other way around. You’ve lost your free press in the Mainstream Media, but you still have a growing free press in alternative, Internet-based medias. The corporations want to shut it down. The fascism your grandfathers fought and died to destroy is back with a new face and form of a multinational corporate aristocracy. King George III and the Redcoats are back. Not as a royal tyrant of a blue blood but as a bottom line blood-for-oil baron. And the Redcoats now wear those stock market, PGA golfing coats on the floor of the Dow Jones Industrial. They wear bankster coats and ties.
These turncoats against democracy are coming, Paul Revere. Be a minuteman. Now that simple, ordinary answer must face the extraordinarily, idiotically conditioned human mind that “thinks” it can transcend itself with more efforts and intellectual pictures of truth. It’s like a mask trying to become an original face. Nothing can be done about it, yet an understanding can transcend it. That understanding cannot come from anything we know, believe or experience. It can’t come from what we don’t yet know, either. True understanding is free of all of that. Even existence itself.
One goes inward to mirror this in that which sees but has no eyes, thinks but has not mind, flies without wings and is eternal without life or death. Meditation techniques can help us prepare ourselves to be available to that which absolutely does not exist, yet it does this with more light and bliss than all that exists.

Thanks for the response. I just sent a donation for your new book and so looking forward to reading it. We are in terrible times doesn’t take a smart man to see it. But with so many with their heads in the clouds they don’t and won’t see it coming. It’s because of you and what you’ve written for all to see and comprehend that I changed my way of thinking and lifestyle. I am a father of two and they are the most important thing to me. I’ve prepared in many ways as much as a person can and to be honest I would have never done it had I not come across your site and read the many many things you’ve written about and see them in the last few years come to pass. It’s scary for the most part. But better to be prepared than caught with your pants down as the cliché goes. I hope you and yours are all doing well and thanks for your many hours of hard work. I’ve met few of you all in person, but I empathically can reach out and my presence becomes your presence, because in some mysterious way, “It”, that mystery, “is just so.” The connection is not new. The rediscovery is, each moment. That’s what Meditation helps do, find the unique knack in each of us to rediscover all and everything living in the great “no-thing” dying and born again, each moment.
The connection of compassion is like breath to my soul. It breathes you all in and out. To stop this work is impossible for me, no matter how it sometimes rankles readers and brings persecution down on my bearded head and despite the financial hardship of working and producing half my yearly written output all for free in 100 articles at Hogueprophecy, not to mention the thousands of correspondences I send to individual readers all round the world.
There is an abiding joy in this giving which gives tenfold in return.
