There are two types of products in Hogueprophecy Store: TANGIBLE and DIGITAL.
TANGIBLE items include normal books, music CDs, DVDs, in short anything which needs to be shipped to you after you purchase it. These items will be shipped to you within 2-5 business days of purchase. Anything you receive damaged can be returned for exchange within 7 days.
DIGITAL items include the eBooks listed here:
These items you will purchase and then DOWNLOAD after the purchase is complete. After payment (either on the PayPal payment gateway, or with credit/debit card here on Hogueprophecy.com), you are returned to a page which has the title of your digital ebook as a link. When you click on that link, choose save to disk, and you have your purchased ebook ready to read.
Remember: download of the digital books is not automatic. It requires clicking on the download link on the page that comes after payment. Didn't download your ebook at that time? Don't worry, you can do download it up to one week after purchase. To download your ebook now,

After logging in, you will see a page that says "My Account Information." Near the top of the page, under the heading "Overview" you will see the section "Previous Orders." In that section will be listed your previous orders, each with a "View" button (follow the red/yellow arrow in the graphic). Click on the "View" button of the ebook you wish you download.
On the next page titled "Order Information" you will see a section near the bottom labeled "Download Links." The title of the book you just bought appears as a link, click on that and it will download. For further tech support on how to download your books click here
